Our cooking begins where most Maghrebi meals do — with a spice blend ground in small batches, a pot that will sit on low heat for hours, and enough bread for everyone who might arrive.
We keep the preparation traditional and let the room feel current: quiet lighting, handmade ceramics, and plates built for the middle of the table rather than one person's place setting.

Food made to be enjoyed together — nothing arrives portioned for one.
Spices ground in-house, slow cooking, and layers that keep opening up.
A table set to make guests feel at home, however long they want to stay.

We host intimate dinners, birthdays and celebrations, family gatherings and corporate meals. Tell us the occasion and how many are coming, and we will build the table around it.
“We came for one dish and stayed for four hours. The lamb is the reason, the room is the reason we came back.”
“Everything arrives in the middle of the table, which changes how the evening goes. Nobody was in a hurry.”
“The couscous tasted like someone's grandmother had checked it before it left the kitchen.”
